Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $39.21 to $51.46 per hour, depending on experience.



Job Description

Your Opportunity:

You will provide safe and effective nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing care standards, utilizing nursing processes through critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.

In your role, you will utilize nursing processes, teach, counsel, and advocate on behalf of patients and their families, providing a wide variety of nursing services to patients, families, communities, and populations.

You will play a leadership role in supporting an integrated and holistic approach to patient care, health promotion, and maintenance.

Please note that provisional permit holders shall be paid $35.87/hour - $43.82/hour, which will be adjusted upon being entered into the register of Registered Nurses.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated excellent assessment, organization, and patient care skills required along with the ability to communicate findings in a concise and accurate manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing and fluctuating priorities and workloads.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to identify own learning needs and seek guidance in professional practice where knowledge deficits occur.
