Job Description

As an Emergency Department Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for staff assignments, patient flow, and acting as a role model, clinical resource, and advocate for nursing staff. In addition to providing frontline nursing care, as required, you will take a leadership role in the promotion of quality patient care and the implementation of operational priorities.

Your in-depth knowledge and skills, advanced judgment, and clinical experience will assist in providing solutions for complex healthcare issues at all levels with patients, interprofessional teams, administrators, and policy makers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

This is a senior-level position that requires recent critical care experience in the last 2 years. You must have ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, PALS, EPICC, and NRP certifications. A Certified Emergency Nurse (CAN or CNE) certification is an asset.

You will also be required to have excellent assessment skills, organizational skills, patient care skills, and leadership skills.

- A comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of approximately $108,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience
