Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000-$60,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) matching program.

Job Description

As a High-Level Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Directing and controlling daily operations to ensure seamless execution of events and shows;
  • Evaluating daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly;
  • Planning and organizing daily operations to maximize efficiency and productivity;
  • Recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences;
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages to relevant staff members;
  • Compiling data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions;
  • Overseeing the preparation of reports to management and stakeholders;
  • Responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels;
  • Arranging travel, related itineraries, and making reservations as needed;
  • Maintaining and managing digital databases to store important information;
  • Conducting performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback;
  • Supervising office and volunteer staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and support.

This role requires you to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, you should be flexible, a team player, reliable, and have strong time management skills.
