Business Operations Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an organized and self-motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in providing exceptional services to clients. This role is responsible for facilitating the team's activities and maximizing their performance to increase overall sales.

The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the management team and outside Sales Representatives to ensure all administrative and support functions operate effectively. This includes managing emails, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries to provide a high level of service. Additionally, this role involves receiving and processing customer orders, building new relationships with clients, and managing order dispatch processes, including preparation of picking and packing lists for the warehouse and freight management.

This opportunity requires a strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with e-commerce drop-ship platforms and software operating systems such as Business Visions or Spire is an asset. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is also essential for success in this role.
