About the Role
- Foster strong relationships with clients to plan and coordinate programs tailored to their needs.
- Cultivate open communication with various departments to ensure seamless execution of client specifications.
- Deliver comprehensive post-conference reports and review group invoices to guarantee timely payment.
- Regularly update group bookings and activity records within our system to maintain accuracy.
- Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports to optimize our sales administration processes.
- Organize site inspections for potential clients to showcase our exceptional services.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
- Handle client complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently, reporting any incidents to management.
