Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and build strong relationships with C-level and director-level contacts, proactively negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive, accurate weekly reports, including plans and expense reports, ensuring timely and thorough communication.
  • Draft and document tenders and proposals (RFPs); experience in this area is highly desirable.
  • Analyze financial statements and reports to gain insights into operational performance, control measures, and financial health.
  • Conduct decision analysis, identifying trends, budget variances, and strategies to enhance profitability and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and or 5+ years of business development experience in fields like Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Communications, Information Technology, or Hospitality.
  • Skilled in creating and documenting tenders and proposals (RFPs) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or ATS software is highly desirable for efficient client and candidate relationship management.
