Job Overview

We are seeking a Hospitality Services Manager to lead our housekeeping and hospitality services team at Faubourg du Mascaret. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining quality and resident satisfaction standards while ensuring service delivery meets established brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality and resident satisfaction of Faubourg du Mascaret standards
  • Ensure service delivery meets established brand standards in terms of quality, safety, timeliness, and customer service
  • Provide leadership and direction to housekeeping and hospitality services team
  • Accountable for management and performance of both departments
  • Manage the professional development of all Team Members within the housekeeping and hospitality services department
  • Oversee operating budget and spending processes of the food and beverage department
  • Direct safety & wellness culture of housekeeping and hospitality services team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar education
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • 2-3 years in a management role within Hospitality or Seniors Living environment
  • Possession of Alzheimer's Disease and other Dementia Care Course is considered an asset
Compensation and Benefits

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
