We are seeking a skilled Front Office Clerk to join our team at Happy Day Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Process group arrivals and departures
  • Take, cancel and change room reservations
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
