Hotel Front Office Manager

At ALL STARS MOTOR INN, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for front office operations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise front office staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
  • Conduct training sessions for staff
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking in and out guests
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Prepare marketing plans and implement marketing activities
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
  • Enforce policies and procedures and address customer complaints or concerns
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Develop and implement business plans to improve hotel operations
  • Establish work schedules and manage events
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
