Destination Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Front Desk Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising our front desk and sales lot team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the operations of Front Desk Administration
  • Supervise the Sales Lot Attendants to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks
  • Supervise Part-Time Front Desk Coordinators
  • Work with management teams to provide insight on cross-department functionality
  • Complete and provide oversight on daily tasks delegated by management
  • Manage vehicle inventory, including inputting new and used vehicles into the system

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and/or administrative experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with CDK, Deskit, and Excel
