Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Room Reservations: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Front Office Administration: Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing, as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and ability to work independently.
