About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records. They will work closely with our front office team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting, with knowledge of reservation systems and database software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Room Reservations: Manage room bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Front Office Administration: Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing, as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting an asset.
