We are seeking an organized and friendly individual to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask with ease.

Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner
  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations while maintaining accurate records
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including local attractions and activities
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure seamless operations
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures to guarantee the well-being of our guests and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in hospitality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
