At Penstock Electric, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team. This includes arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as planning and controlling budgets and expenditures.
You will also be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies.
In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.
You will also be responsible for answering electronic enquiries, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, negotiating collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, and organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures.
