Job Summary: As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for setting up and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems, typing and proofreading correspondence, and consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail.

Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
