Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at beBee Professionals in Brampton. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, handle day-to-day office operations, and maintain a well-organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence to ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain accurate calendars to maximize productivity.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, document management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role is essential.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills are necessary to excel in this position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial for building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
