About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TK Elevator Canada Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and close deals
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective customers to showcase our products and services
  • Negotiate prices and terms with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and business performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales support and customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the achievement of business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform sales decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
