Expectations for the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for achieving monthly sales targets by actively pursuing contracts, crafting job proposals with financial estimates, managing client accounts, and fostering robust relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Develop and present engaging presentations to potential clients.
  • Engage in price negotiations and other terms related to job proposals.
  • Prepare comprehensive booking packages.
  • Reach out to current or potential clients to enhance and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct site visits to assess the progress of ongoing projects or to evaluate the scope of potential projects.
  • Finalize and process necessary documentation upon project completion.
  • Personally address and resolve customer complaints.
  • When required, follow up with clients for payment collection and explore alternative payment options.
  • Participate in out-of-town sales meetings and regional training sessions.
  • Compile and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales.
  • A bachelor's degree in business is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong business insight and a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve objectives.
  • Excellent negotiation capabilities paired with a natural ability to cater to customer needs.
  • Proven conflict management skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively.
