Front Desk Hospitality Specialist

At Days Inn, we're seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service.
About the JobThis permanent position offers an estimated salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 30-44 hours per week and be based at our hotel location.

Job DescriptionAs a Front Desk Agent, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes:
- Registering arriving guests and assigning rooms
- Processing group arrivals and departures
- Taking, cancelling and changing room reservations
- Providing information on hotel facilities and services
- Providing general information about points of interest in the area
You'll also be responsible for processing guests' departures, calculating charges and receiving payments. Additionally, you'll balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Maintaining an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments will also be part of your duties.
