Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Pointe Claire. This role involves maintaining accurate invoicing and costing on all product documents, interacting with the Production and other teams within the organization, and performing various tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and obtain price quotations from catalogues and suppliers, prepare purchase orders, and calculate cost of orders
  • Process purchases within purchasing authority, contact suppliers to schedule deliveries, and resolve shortages or missed deliveries
  • Assist with ensuring that work to be completed is communicated within departments and branches
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and price lists, and prepare requisition orders to replenish materials, equipment, and stock

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Bilingual English and French spoken and written is an asset.
