Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare files for newly acquired clients, including processing credit checks, schedules, and documentation.
  • Communicate and follow up with business development managers, as well as liaise with clients as required.
  • Manage all incoming information calls, emails, and online inquiries, and coordinate new file preparation.
  • Coordinate marketing letters and materials, and distribute these materials to targeted prospective clients.
  • Manage marketing information for trade shows and events, including booking trade shows on an annual basis.
  • Coordinate marketing giveaways for events, and provide viable leads to business development managers.
  • Provide reception relief for vacations and lunches, and assist with other department needs as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Some marketing knowledge is an asset.
  • Ability to be flexible, work well with others, and possess great interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use social media to increase visibility for the organization.
  • Computer literate.
