Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our team at Randstad Canada. As an Operations Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to operations, including tenant correspondence, property book management, and supplier communication. You will also be responsible for managing the flow of information and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to operations, including tenant correspondence and property book management

- Communicate with suppliers and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements
- Resourceful and organized with strong follow-up skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Good writing and oral skills, with command of English and French language
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Internal and external communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees, suppliers, and contractors
