Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tabouli by Eddy's. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team and ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Train and mentor junior staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a head chef or executive chef
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications in food safety and handling
