Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Janpath Indian Cuisine Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, including estimating food requirements and managing inventory.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit and hire staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
