Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bent Ridge Winery Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our winery's culinary expertise and complement our wine offerings.
  • Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure food meets our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and culinary arts training or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
