Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Bent Ridge Winery Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our winery's culinary expertise and complement our wine offerings.
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional service standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and culinary arts training or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
