Port to Port Immigration Services Inc. is a dynamic boutique-style recruitment and Immigration agency based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
We are currently seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations.
Job Summary:
The Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, managing office tasks, organizing meetings, and assisting with client inquiries.
This is a full-time on-site role that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and development of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules for team members
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A bachelor's degree in business, arts, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Experience in a similar role or industry
