We are seeking a skilled and organized Support Coordinator to join our team at LALA JI THE BARBER LIMITED.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to multitask effectively.

In this role, you will provide support to individuals in various capacities, including arranging seminars and conferences, recording meeting minutes, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for answering telephone calls and electronic enquiries, compiling data, and arranging travel itineraries.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks. Additionally, you will provide awareness training to employees on diversity, cross-cultural sensitivity, and inclusivity to create a welcoming work environment.

This is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
