We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented office administrator to join our team at Atlantic Summit Immigration Consulting Inc. in Vancouver, Canada.

This is a permanent full-time position offering an estimated salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and clients, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
