About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Development Manager to join our team at Kellogg Canada. As a key member of our Pringles category team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive category growth.
  • Trade Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute trade marketing programs that drive sales and profitability.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Analytics and Insights: Analyze business results and provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Merchandising and Display: Develop and implement merchandising and display strategies to maximize store presence and drive sales.

Requirements

  • Education: Post-secondary education in business or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, trade marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the consumer packaged goods industry.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
