Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members.
  • Oversee budget planning and financial management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively convey marketing strategies.
  • Develop strategic plans for launching new product lines.
  • Establish and implement sales policies and procedures.
  • Lead the sales team in fostering relationships with corporate clients and negotiating sales agreements.
  • Coordinate sales operations across regional and divisional levels.
  • Direct and assess the performance of sales departments across various sectors including commercial and retail.
Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
