Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs effectively.
- Department Oversight: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Coordination: Co-ordinate the work across regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Objective Setting: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve relevant policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives as necessary.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimal working conditions.
- Fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail is crucial due to a large workload.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
- Employment Duration: Permanent.
