Bilingual Indigenous Employment Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Indigenous Employment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting employment opportunities and advancing the careers of Indigenous peoples in our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain Indigenous employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities, organizations, and stakeholders.
- Provide employment counseling and support to Indigenous job seekers.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to Indigenous employees and job seekers.
- Monitor and report on employment metrics and program outcomes.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Indigenous employment, recruitment, or community relations.
- Bilingual in both French and English.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities and stakeholders.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and Adobe software.
