Bilingual Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to clients in the transportation industry
* Assist with data entry and report generation
* Collaborate with internal departments and drivers to provide excellent customer service
* Assist with preliminary paperwork and border crossing procedures
* Audit rates to ensure accurate invoicing
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administration position
* Bilingual French & English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Computer skills – MS products and ability to learn new software
* Demonstrated customer relationship skills
* Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
