About the Role:

This position will work closely with our team to provide culturally sensitive support to Indigenous clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
  • Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.

Requirements:

  • Or equivalent experience.

Work Setting:

This role is based at our physical location and requires on-site work.
