We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef Leader to join our team at IRISH TIMES PUB. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

As an experienced Sous Chef, you have a solid understanding of the demands of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train junior chefs. Your expertise in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management is also essential in ensuring the success of our restaurant.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cooking techniques, with experience in preparing a wide range of dishes. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, colleagues, and customers.

This is a permanent position, working 45 hours per week. The salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a dental plan and health care plan.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and procedures
