Your tasks will include greeting people, directing them to contacts or service areas, and providing basic information.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and direct them to relevant services or contacts.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients and the public.
  • Operate our switchboard or telephone system to manage incoming calls.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
