We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GJ2 LC1 FOOD SERVICES.INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Efforts: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets, expenditures, and financial transactions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, agreements, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Correspondence and Documentation: Prepare, review, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Requirements
