Executive Franchise Sales Manager

As pioneers in expanding our brand's presence in Canada through franchising, we are seeking a Franchise Sales Manager to spearhead our franchising venture in Canada and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Drive our brand's franchise growth in Canada, identifying and forging ties with potential franchisees.
- Utilize the latest technologies to analyze market trends, uncover franchise opportunities, and ensure a seamless franchisee onboarding process.
- Cultivate relationships with potential franchisees, providing tailored solutions and ensuring our brand remains internationally aligned.
- Negotiate and seal franchise agreements that resonate with our brand's values and standards.
- Engage in strategic discussions with the CEO, crafting and executing franchising blueprints for Canada.
- Provide ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards and assisting in their growth and success.
- Monitor the Canadian real estate market, staying informed about trends, regulations, and opportunities.
- Represent our brand at national and international real estate and franchising events.
Qualifications:
- Possess a degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Law.
- Hold 3+ years of Business Development experience, preferably on a global level.
- Exhibit technological acumen with a willingness to leverage modern business tools.
- Demonstrate a track record of successful deal-making and negotiations.
- Display international awareness, with the ability to work seamlessly with a diverse clientele.
- Exhibit a positive outlook, coupled with an approachable, charismatic demeanor.
- Showcase exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
