Responsibilities:
  • Drive our brand's franchise expansion in Canada, identifying and forging ties with potential franchisees.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technologies to analyze market trends, uncover franchise opportunities, and ensure seamless franchisee onboarding.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential franchisees, providing tailored solutions and ensuring our brand remains internationally adaptable.
  • Negotiate and secure franchise agreements that align with our brand's values and standards.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute franchising strategies for Canada.
  • Provide ongoing support to franchisees, ensuring compliance with brand standards and facilitating their growth and success.
  • Monitor the Canadian real estate market, staying informed about trends, regulations, and opportunities.
  • Represent our brand at national and international real estate and franchising events.

Qualifications:
  • Possess a degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Law.
  • Hold 3+ years of Business Development experience, preferably on a global level.
  • Demonstrate technological acumen and a willingness to leverage modern business tools.
  • Exhibit a track record of effective deal-making and negotiations.
  • Be internationally aware, with the ability to work seamlessly with diverse clientele.
  • Display a positive attitude, accompanied by an approachable and charismatic demeanor.
  • Excel in communication skills, both written and spoken.
