Franchise Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Franchise Sales Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our Canadian team, you will be responsible for executing the overall market plan of multi-unit owner consolidation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and franchise development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with our franchisees to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve their business goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating the execution of cross-functional Market Consolidation plans that build multi-unit owner clusters driving operational synergies and franchisee profitability.
- Evaluating and identifying franchisees who are qualified to grow their portfolio by acquiring existing restaurants and building new ones.
- Attending Franchise Shows and Expos to recruit new multi-unit owners to Subway.
- Building, developing, and maintaining relationships with existing franchisees and new multi-unit operators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of franchise and licensing law, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and experience leading cross-functional decision-making.
