The Opportunity

We are seeking a Full-Time Radiographer/MRT to join our high-performance clinical team. The ideal candidate will be a client-focused professional with excellent communication skills. This role involves delivering X-ray and bone density exams during Annual Health Assessments and other services at Medcan. Additionally, the successful candidate will facilitate patient flow and coordinate with staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.

This is a full-time position scheduled 5 days per week, with 8.5-hour shifts between 7am-7pm. Our Downtown Toronto clinic is conveniently located near St. Andrew and King subway stations or a 10-minute walk from Union Station.

Job Responsibilities
  • Patient preparation and performance of X-ray and Bone Density scans following guidelines
  • Record and process patient data
  • Operate equipment and perform basic quality control checks
  • Maintain radiographic equipment
  • Update, file and maintain client information
  • Review written reports and discuss with physicians and radiologists
Requirements
  • Certification with the CMRITO and General Radiography experience
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
  • Superior patient care and customer service skills
