Overview

Sinai Health System is a leading healthcare provider in Toronto, Ontario. We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Radiation Technologist to join our team of medical professionals.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical Radiation Technologist to work in our Mammography department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality breast imaging procedures using digital equipment. You will also ensure ongoing quality assurance that meets mammography accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography and ultrasounds, as well as breast interventional procedures.
  • Ensure ongoing digital quality assurance that meets mammography accreditation standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO).
  • Successful completion of Mammography 1 and 2 certificates from the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT).
  • Completion of over 15 hours of continuing education in Mammography within the past 3 years.
  • Previous Breast Imaging working experience, demonstrating knowledge and experience in digital radiography.
