Job Summary
A high-performance X-ray technologist is sought to join our clinical team at Medcan. As a key member of our healthcare services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care through the safe and efficient performance of diagnostic imaging procedures.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our downtown Toronto clinic. In this role, you will be accountable for preparing patients for and performing X-ray and bone density scans, as well as processing and documenting patient data. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for and perform X-ray and bone density scans, adhering to established guidelines and protocols
- Record and process patient data accurately and efficiently
- Maintain radiographic equipment and perform quality control checks as required
- Update, file, and maintain client information
- Review written reports and discuss findings with physicians and radiologists

Requirements
- Certification with the CMRITO (Canadian Medical Radiation Technologists Registry of Ontario)
- General Radiography experience
- Superior organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
- Superior patient care and customer service skills
