Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional image.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and performance analysis.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts and waste.
  • Develop and implement manual and computerized filing systems to optimize document storage and retrieval.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Show a high level of attention to detail to maintain accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.

Experience:

Preference will be given to candidates with 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
