Overview

HRPivot is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Human Resources and Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting the HR department with administrative and operational tasks, focusing on payroll and human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for over 200 employees across all stores, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Review and validate PTO/Sick leave requests for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and the payroll provider for all payroll-related inquiries.
  • Monitor and reconcile benefit premium billings to payroll deductions on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with daily HR operations and provide clerical support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee records (both hard and soft copies), maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Welcome visitors, direct phone calls to the appropriate employee or department, and provide general administrative assistance.
  • Utilize ADP software to hire, terminate, and onboard employees, ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Guide employees through the onboarding process, delivering presentations at monthly events.
  • Handle employee requests via phone or email, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with UKG/Kronos or similar payroll software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in HR and payroll operations.
Benefits

This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Location and Schedule

The ideal candidate will be located near Crypto.com Arena, approximately 4 miles away, and work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule.
