About the Role

This key HR position will play a critical role in shaping the organization's talent strategy, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives, and fostering a culture that thrives on innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop business partners in performance management, talent development, and other areas to enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Develop and facilitate various training initiatives tailored to business needs and corporate goals.
  • Manage daily employee interactions, conduct initial investigations of employee complaints, and escalate when necessary.
  • Partner with the HR Compliance Team to implement and monitor HR compliance with KDP policies, HR systems, and applicable federal/state law.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to track and report on open positions, manage position requisition processes, and facilitate internal movement.
  • Research and respond to unemployment requests, schedule hearings, and notify participants.
  • Apply analytical skills to collect and synthesize data, formulate recommendations based on trends and insights.
Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR roles within fast-paced matrix organizations. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills are also essential.

  • Proven ability to understand business goals and design/implement new approaches to improve productivity and development of the HR function.
  • A bias for action through proactive, innovative solution implementation.
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize impactful work amidst multiple competing priorities.
  • Success in creating positive employee and labor relations for large populations of hourly employees.
What We Offer

KDP offers a competitive salary range of $59,000 - $99,000 per annum, depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Additionally, we provide benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, k plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and an annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
