Human Resources Leader for Business Growth

Keurig Dr Pepper, a leading modern beverage company, is seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to drive business growth and success.
About the RoleThis key HR position will play a critical role in shaping the organization's talent strategy, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives, and fostering a culture that thrives on innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Coach and develop business partners in performance management, talent development, and other areas to enhance leadership capabilities.
- Develop and facilitate various training initiatives tailored to business needs and corporate goals.
- Manage daily employee interactions, conduct initial investigations of employee complaints, and escalate when necessary.
- Partner with the HR Compliance Team to implement and monitor HR compliance with KDP policies, HR systems, and applicable federal/state law.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to track and report on open positions, manage position requisition processes, and facilitate internal movement.
- Research and respond to unemployment requests, schedule hearings, and notify participants.
- Apply analytical skills to collect and synthesize data, formulate recommendations based on trends and insights.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 4-6 years of progressive experience in HR roles within fast-paced matrix organizations. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills are also essential.

- Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
- Ability to prioritize impactful work amidst multiple competing priorities.
- Success in creating positive employee and labor relations for large populations of hourly employees.
KDP offers a competitive salary range of $59,000 - $99,000 per annum, depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Additionally, we provide benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, k plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and an annual bonus based on performance and eligibility.
