Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Office Operations
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ontario INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office seminars, conferences, and events
- Manage HR activities to ensure organizational goals are met
- Direct daily operations, supervise staff, and train new employees
- Plan and control budgets, expenditures, and daily operations
- Review HR projects for compliance with laws and regulations
Requirements:
- College diploma or equivalent in Business Administration
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in office administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
