PINE FALLS SERVICE CENTRE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including managing mail and other materials, recording meeting minutes, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including managing mail and other materials
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Perform data entry tasks, including maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role and be proficient in English. The working hours will be 35 to 40 hours per week.
