PINE FALLS SERVICE CENTRE is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including direct staff supervision, mail and supply management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Answer electronic enquiries and direct phone calls
  • Arrange travel and itineraries

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in an administrative role and a strong understanding of office operations. Fluency in English is required.
