PINE FALLS SERVICE CENTRE is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and overseeing the analysis of employee data and information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Employee Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administrative support. They will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and will have excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
